SUMMARY:Eddie Sanders
DESCRIPTION:Eddie Sanders is a world-class Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist from McAlester\, Oklahoma. Eddie was born into southwest bluegrass royalty\, and his father is legendary bluegrass festival and concert promoter\, Freddie Sanders. The Sanders Family Bluegrass Festival in McAlester was one of the biggest and best bluegrass festivals west of the Mississippi\, and one of the favorite venues for bluegrass acts Bill Monroe\, The Osborne Brothers\, Lewis Family\, Jim & Jesse\, Ralph Stanley and nearly every major bluegrass act of the last 40 years. The McAlester festivals were shaped and guided by his major bluegrass influences: Mac Wiseman\, Larry Sparks and The Osborne Brothers. He also developed the professionalism that he learned from the best acts in the business\, and also learned the power of a song and a love for original material. Eddie was also strongly influenced by Merle Haggard and Gene Watson and soon started writing his own songs. \nEddie’s work\, both as a singer and a songwriter\, combines the best elements of the old and the new. With a family tradition steeped in the history of bluegrass music\, and influenced by the best of what has come along since\, Eddie Sanders’ new recorded songs are a powerful statement of what the best bluegrass music has always been\, and what the best bluegrass music will be in years to come. \n\n\n\n\nArtist Website

SUMMARY:The Po' Ramblin' Boys
DESCRIPTION:Every so often a band comes around that knocks everybody’s socks off and gets people talking. I’d bet good money that you’re gonna really enjoy them\, but I don’t want to take your money. Use it to listen to the PRB. I‘m putting my money on them. \n-Jim Lauderdale \nAt a time when most people feel constantly distracted by technology and barraged by the news\, authenticity and straightforward honesty are paramount. There’s something about the music of The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys that cuts right through the noise of the world and speaks plainly to the soul. Formed in the Smoky Mountains\, The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys are at once exactly what you would expect and not at all what you would expect from a tattooed East Tennessee Bluegrass outfit. No strangers to hard work\, the boys are as much at home riding in their restored Eagle tour bus as they are crawling underneath to fix it when it needs maintenance. But they take pride in being ambassadors of their genre\, and the group has brought their music from rural bluegrass festival stages to the rock clubs of Europe\, and even the GRAMMY Red Carpet\, with stunning results. “I think to a certain extent everyone is just craving music that they can feel\, and any music that feels real will reach any audience” says CJ Lewandowski\, the groups founder\, “We want to put bluegrass right where it’s least expected”. Perhaps this mindset is why the group earned the title of Emerging Artist of the Year at the 2018 IBMA Awards. \nIn 2014\, Lewandowski was working at Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery in Sevierville\, TN when the band first formed. The distillery employed musicians to play for visitors seven days a week\, and Lewandowski\, who primarily plays Mandolin and sings\, was occasionally hired to fill in when the entertainment didn’t show. Eventually\, the distillery approached him about forming a band for a full time slot\, so he reached out to long time music friends Jereme Brown\, who plays banjo for the group\, and Josh Rinkel\, who plays guitar. “Jereme was doing a lot of welding work at that time\, and Josh was running a sign company”\, says Lewandowski\, “I think we were all ready to do something new\, something with our music but we didn’t know when or how”. Bassist Jasper Lorentzen happened to be working in the tasting room at the distillery\, and he turned out to be the perfect addition to the band. The four friends played multiple times a week for a year and half\, honing their band sound\, meanwhile word was spreading about their music. “The first gig we played out of town was a festival in Alberta\, Canada\, and a week later we went on a two week tour of Europe\, it was crazy”\, says Lewandowski. In 2020\, the finishing touch\, the cherry on top if you will\, was added to the quartet. Laura Orshaw\, a seasoned fiddle player and singer joined the Boys after contributing her talents to the Sound Biscuit Productions’ full Gospel album\, “God’s Love is So Divine” and “Toils\, Tears\, & Trouble.” On the addition C.J. exclaims “after 5 1/2 together as a four piece\, we needed that perfect fit that would not only fit us on stage and recording\, but a personality that would add to the band and be a part of the family we have created. Laura was that person and we can’t think of anyone else that fits our music and our family better than her. The show has benefitted so much from Laura and the chemistry we have between the now 5 of us.” \nMaterial for the group’s freshman Rounder Records album “Toil\, Tears & Teouble\,” was a combination of original songs and old numbers that honor the group’s mentors and bluegrass heroes. “We love to dig up old songs that haven’t been heard in years and bring them back into the spotlight”\, explains Lewandowski. In fact\, two of those gems on the Rounder album\, “Next Train South” and “Hickory\, Walnut & Pine\,” were nominated for IBMA Song of the Year along with “Next Train South” taking the trophy for SPBGMA same category in 2020. The momentum of “Toil\, Tears & Trouble” has continued to grow with the band’s first GRAMMY Nomination for Best Bluegrass Album.\nThe Po’ Ramblin’ Boys passion for bluegrass is as clear as it is contagious. With a heavy touring schedule across the United States and Europe and recent Grammy Nomination with Rounder Records\, the Boys are well on their way to becoming the quintessential bluegrass band of their generation. Despite all of their recent success\, they maintain a humble perspective. “Bluegrass has left such a mark on us that we feel like we owe something back to the music”\, says Lewandowski. “We want to do something for the music to show our appreciation… There’s no telling what could have happened to us\, what we would have become if we hadn’t found this music. It’s gotten us through a lot\, the good and the bad. When I think about all of the damn medications that I didn’t have to take because I had music to turn to. We didn’t have to go to the doctor and pay for something to make us feel better\, because we had this music\, so we really want to honor it by bringing it out of the shadows and onto new stages and wider audiences. Because we know that if we can bring Bluegrass to new folks\, those folks will come with us and support the bluegrass community.” \n“Loved having the guys in studio… great live performance…they’re the real deal” ! \n– Charlie Mattos producer/cohost Coffee\, Country & Cody \n\nArtist Website

SUMMARY:Seth Mulder and Midnight Run
DESCRIPTION:Hailing from the Gateway of the Great Smoky Mountains\, Seth Mulder & Midnight Run began its journey in February 2015 at the Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery in Gatlinburg\, Tennessee. Made up of 5 like-minded musicians and graduates of college music programs\, this group of friends and musicians created a band tied to the rich traditions of bluegrass music\, yet one that offers a fresh approach to that “High Lonesome” sound. Each member draws from various influences\, including bluegrass\, country\, and rock and roll. \nThey present a high-energy show filled with nostalgic entertainment\, tight harmonies\, and skillful musicianship\, all built around their curated set list of original material and lost covers.\nFavorites among bluegrass enthusiasts and non-bluegrass audiences alike; they keep the energy high and the audience on their feet. The band knows when they are on stage; it is not only about the music; it is about connecting with the audience and leaving them with a memory that will last a lifetime. \n2022 was a big year for them. They completed their first studio album on Mountain Fever Records\, “In Dreams I Go Back\,” which debuted on the Billboard charts at number #7. In addition\, their singles “My\, My\, My” \,”The Mountains are Calling”\, “Carolina Line” and “One More Night” spent multiple weeks on the top ten charts.  “One More Night” was the named #4 most played song on bluegrass radio in 2021. \nWith over 300 dates a year\, their high-energy style of music has taken them worldwide\, including festivals across the United States\, Canada\, and multiple European tours.Together\, Seth Mulder\, Colton Powers\, Ben Watlington\, Max Etling and Max Silverstein create a powerhouse of music and a stage show you do not want to miss and that is why they are one of the most talked-about young bluegrass bands on the festival circuit today! \nIn a day and age where authenticity is everything\, Seth Mulder & Midnight Run are the real deal. \n\nArtist WebsiteFollow on Facebook

SUMMARY:The French Family Band
DESCRIPTION:Country music just sounds better when a family sings it. That’s where it all began: mothers\, fathers\, grandparents\, aunts\, uncles\, and cousins\, all huddled together\, picking and singing on a porch in the twilight. That’s why when The French Family launch into the bittersweet ache of a classic or the startling tenderness of one of their self-penned original songs\, the hairs on country music loving necks stand up\, and we instinctively––sometimes tearfully––recognize this father\, mother\, and son as the real thing. Touring over the last almost 20 years as Camille and Stuie\, the husband-and-wife duo became beloved in Australia. Stuie is a monster player with chops that sublimely meld the virtuosity and instinct of jazz with the clear tone and restraint of American hillbilly roots music. Camille holds a once-in-a-generation voice: somehow both crisply expressive and immeasurably rich and smooth\, she can sit back to soothe in a pocket before jumping out to thrill. Now based in Nashville and with the addition of middle son Sonny on stage\, The French Family is acclimating to life stateside––deep roots in tow. “I love being able to share our family music with people\,” says Camille. “I think people crave it. They come up and tell me how much they love seeing the love among our family and what we do––and I love being able to share that with everybody.” \nStuie agrees\, adding\, “We hope our music takes people back to a time when the essence of country music was twangy guitars\, honest songs\, and vocals that tear your heart out.” \nDoors open at 7pm. Show begins at 8pm. All tickets here are first come\, first served at the door. So if you are in the area\, plan to come down and enjoy live music with a pizza and a beer (or two!) \n\nArtist websiteFollow on FacebookFollow on Instagram
